• All orders are subject to product availability. Because microgreens are live, fresh crops, availability may fluctuate based on harvest cycles.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

• Delivery schedules and areas are defined on our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery times, but we are not liable for delays outside of our control.
• Because microgreens are highly perishable, you must inspect the products immediately upon delivery.
• Any claims for damaged, missing, or substandard products must be reported to Villa Eden Greens within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window constitutes deemed acceptance of the goods.

• Payment must be made via the payment methods specified on our website at the time of checkout, unless a separate corporate credit or invoicing agreement has been pre-approved in writing.
• Late payments on invoiced accounts may be subject to interest charges or temporary suspension of ordering privileges.

• Villa Eden Greens provides fresh produce grown under strict agricultural and sanitary standards. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, or preparation of our products once delivery is accepted.
• Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Villa Eden Greens operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
